I went to this salon for a balayage, but honestly, I wasn’t satisfied. My natural hair already had some redness, but even after bleaching, it still turned out red and orange. I understand I couldn’t expect a very light blonde, but the result was not professional at all. I feel like they don’t have much experience with non-European hair types. Maybe it works well if your hair is naturally blonde, but for more challenging hair, the work was really unprofessional.
